Sloan Bridges
Managing Partner, contributes more than 15 years of mining experience across South Africa, Zimbabwe, Angola, Mozambique, and Zambia, along with consulting work throughout Africa. His extensive background in diamond and gold mining, exploration management, and local partnership development strengthens the company’s global reach and practical field capability.
Alek Kandis
Partner, is a seasoned private equity and finance executive specializing in digital assets and fintech. As Founder and CEO of Sidnak Investments (est. 2020), Alek has led advisory and investment initiatives for blockchain and digital asset startups, directing fundraising, regulatory strategy, and growth. He has deployed eight-figure capital across seed to Series A rounds, achieved multiple portfolio exits, helped companies reach unicorn valuations, and facilitated over $300 million in client fundraising. Prior to founding Sidnak, he worked in private equity executing M&A and financing deals for top-tier institutions and contributed to major financial brand campaigns.
